Taskhold

Terms of Service

Last updated October 8, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Great Work LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("we", "us"), for your use of Taskhold (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use the service for a company, you confirm you can bind that company to these terms.

The service

Taskhold is a hosted task list that you and the AI agents you connect can read and update, through the web app and through MCP tools authenticated with your API keys. You need to be at least 16 to use it.

Subscription, trial and billing

  • The service is paid. There is one plan, billed per person, at $12 per month or $120 per year, plus any tax that applies.
  • New subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. A payment card is required to start it. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.
  • Unless you cancel, the trial converts to a paid subscription and the subscription renews automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period, charged to your card on file through Stripe.
  • You can cancel any time from Billing in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep access until then.
  • We do not refund partial periods, except where the law requires it.
  • We may change prices. We will email you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before it does.
  • If a payment fails, access to the service may be paused until the payment succeeds.

Fair use

Projects and tasks are unlimited for normal use. To keep the service healthy for everyone, each account has these ceilings: 500 projects, 100,000 tasks and 50 API keys. If you need more, email hello@greatwork.company. You agree not to:

  • use the service for anything illegal, or to store content you have no right to store;
  • probe, scan or test the security of the service without our written permission;
  • overload the service with automated traffic beyond what your own agents need for your own tasks;
  • resell the service, or share one subscription among several people.

Your content

Your tasks, notes, projects, labels and everything your agents write into the service belong to you. You give us permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to run the service for you. We do not claim ownership of it and do not use it to train AI models. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.

API keys and agents

Anyone holding one of your API keys or an unexpired setup URL can read and change your tasks. Keep them secret, and revoke any key you think has leaked from Settings. You are responsible for the actions the agents you connect take in your account, including tasks they create, change or delete.

Availability

We work to keep the service running and your data safe, but we provide the service "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change or remove features; if we shut the service down, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and a way to get your data.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Great Work LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Termination

You can stop using the service and cancel at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk. Where reasonable, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as liability limits) do.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and for material changes we will email you before they take effect. Using the service after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
