# Pricing: Taskhold

## Pro

- Price: $12/month billed monthly, or $120/year billed yearly. Yearly works out to $10 a month, $24 less than twelve monthly payments (two months free).
- Billed per person. Each person has their own task list. Every agent that person runs is included; there are no per-agent or per-seat add-ons.
- Included:
  - The live board: a progress bar per task split by step, the step running, time left, questions from blocked agents (answered from the board) and desktop notifications
  - Every agent you run: Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Windsurf and other MCP clients
  - Setup URLs that configure your agent, with a separate revocable API key per machine
  - Agent Activity view and full change history (who changed what: you or an agent)
  - Unlimited projects and tasks (fair use ceilings: 500 projects, 100,000 tasks, 50 API keys)
  - Email support
- Limits: progress reports are capped at 120 per minute per account (reports on one task within 5 seconds of each other merge); fair-use ceilings of 500 projects, 100,000 tasks and 50 API keys. Nothing past a limit is charged: extra requests are refused with a message. There are no overage charges.
- Trial: 7 days. A card is required to start. The first charge is 7 days after you start; cancel before then and nothing is charged.
- Renewal: automatic each month or year. Cancel any time from Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period. Partial periods are not refunded except where the law requires it (EU and UK consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal; see https://taskhold.com/terms#refunds).

Signed-out people get a sign-in email first and return to Stripe Checkout. Payment happens in the browser.

## Not a fit if

- You want one workspace for a whole team (each person subscribes).
- You want it free (a TODO.md or Claude Code's built-in task list costs nothing).
- You need a sync with Jira or Linear. (Export works: GET /api/tasks with your API key, see https://taskhold.com/docs/rest-api.)
- Your agent can't use MCP tools (Taskhold talks to agents only through MCP).

There is no free plan.

## Team plan
